Sales Support Specialist

Belron® Canada - Concord, Ontario

Regular, Part Time (25 hours- per week)

Provide administrative support to Director of Insurance Sales and Ontario/West/Atlantic sales team.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Extracts and distributes regional sales reports to Director, Account Managers, and Broker on a monthly basis.
  • Extracts internal Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and submits to key insurance client contacts on a monthly basis.
  • Designs key insurance presentations as required in PowerPoint.
  • Prepares and tracks sales trade show expenses on an annual basis.
  • Prepares and distributes event cheque requests.
  • Distributes marketing materials to sales group and customers when requested.
  • Opens, sorts and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails, this includes managing inquires and complaints from customers that are received via telephone.
  • Schedules the logistics around the trade show booth ensuring its quality is always in good and presentable condition before going out and being returned, as well as managing the distribution to correct trade show locations at the scheduled time.
  • Coordinates and manages multiple priorities and projects on a timely basis.
  • Organizes and schedules all travel arrangements for Director and Account Managers
  • Assists Director in expense report preparation.
  • Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies for team, courier, and mailings.
  • Coordinates all logistics and travel arrangements for team and sales meetings.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • College degree in Administration or equivalent in experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role
  • Proactive, independent, self-starter.
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented and high level of accuracy
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Ability to push for results.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate excel spreadsheet report preparation (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually)
  • Must be able to work Monday through to Thursday on a weekly basis
